By accessing or using the services provided by Lode LLC DBA Fractals ("Fractals," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Fractals provides interview automation services for content creation through our platform (the "Services").

3. Account Terms

4. Payment Terms

• All paid plans are billed in advance
• No refunds for partial months

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• 99.9% uptime guarantee
• Scheduled maintenance with 48-hour notice
• Emergency maintenance as needed
• Service credits for downtime
• Excludes force majeure events

6. API Terms

• API rate limits apply

• No reverse engineering
• No unauthorized access
• Usage monitoring in place

7. Data Rights and Ownership

• You retain rights to your content
• You grant us license to process content
• We own our platform and technology
• You own your customer data
• We own aggregate, anonymized data

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws
• Infringe on others' rights
• Send spam
• Transmit malware
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with service operation

9. Privacy and Security

• Regular security audits
