Andover approves a Credit Union of America drive-thru ATM canopy, with a condition
On Oct. 6, 2026, Andover's Site Plan Review Committee approved a site plan to convert the Meritrust drive-thru ATM at 600 N. Andover Rd. to Credit Union of America branding. The committee attached a condition about a second set of bollards on the site. One small agenda item touches a city body, a parcel, a property owner, a sign contractor, a previous business and a follow-up that is still open.
