Intelligence
Local intelligence for institutions and professionals.
Fractals structures public local activity (decisions, projects, places, organizations and metrics) across 6 live communities. If you're an institution, researcher, economic developer, investor or professional who needs that kind of intelligence, start here.
Want to run a Fractals community site instead? That's a different path: Market Operators.
What exists today, and what doesn't yet
Live
- 6 community sites publishing local stories, events, meeting coverage and metrics
- Per-community metrics (up to about 1,000 per community; coverage varies by market)
- Hand-curated examples connecting a decision to its records, like this Andover site plan
In development
- Cross-entity Community Graph queries (for example, every decision touching one parcel or developer)
- Historical and cross-community intelligence products
- Project-activity tracking and economic reporting for governments and economic development
We're glad to talk about pilots and data needs, but none of these is generally available yet.
